Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds.  All items are sold as is. Most items are vintage, therefore are in used condition. Please review all descriptions and pictures prior to ordering. We do our best to include the best description of an item. We are human and may miss something on occasion. Thank you for understanding we are selling USED, pre-loved items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Most items will come insured. Should an item arrive damaged by postal delivery service, please contact the postal carrier. If you receive a damaged package, please take pictures and video of the packaging prior to opening as this is proof of damaged and will have to be provided to the postal delivery company.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
