Shipping policy

We strive to get your order to you in a timely manner according to your choice of postal services. We are not in control of the postal services and cannot make guarantees to their service. Please understand postal prices will and do change.  Postage is based on weight, size of package, and zip code. The weight you see in the description is for the item only. Your shipping weight will be more based on packing materials and box size.  We have chosen shipping containers that best fit the size of item ordered. We do not have standard size items or boxes. We do use recycled boxes when available.  Due to this, shipping may change based on item being too large or small to fit the chosen standard size box or requiring additional shipping material. If additional postage is required, an email or text will be sent for approval on additional shipping charges. If approved, a statement will be issued for the additional amount. Once paid, the item will ship ASAP. If your shipping is $1.00 or more under original amount paid at check-out, we will refund the overage paid. Sometimes we are able to find cheaper/better shipping when generating a shipping label. In this case we may automatically choose a different shipping with your chosen courier (ie. 3 days vs 6 days, First Class vs Ground). If it is with a different courier (USPS vs UPS) we will notify you with the information. At that time, you can choose to accept the cheaper rate or continue with your chosen courier. This may require you to update your mailing address to a PO Box for USPS if available. You must check the box to receive additional information at checkout, or the email will go to your spam folder. We will need an immediate reply (within 24 hours) in order to avoid delaying shipping. If we do not receive a timely reply (24 hrs), we will choose the best option. We strive to process orders within two days when possible. Some items will be shipped with a signature required upon delivery or with insurance.  If you purchase several items, and where possible, we can combine items to save on shipping. Due to the weight and/or delicacy of some items, we will not combine ship certain items. Example: combining something heavy with a delicate glass item. We offer "local pick up only" on certain items. This will be noted in the description. If you are local to the Tyler Texas area, or want to do store pickup, this option is available at checkout. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
