Antique Wood Block Print "Washed Hair" by Kunihisa Utagawa, 1800's
Mark: Signed on print and matte. Brief history of artist attached to the print. "Originally Kunihisa Utagawa (1832-1891) was a pupil of Toyokuni the 3rd. Later on he married a daughter of his master and lived at Yanigishima, wherin he sustained his family by producing colour prints.
