Bassett Czecoslovakia 12699 Vegetable Bowl

Mark: Bassett Czecoslovakia. Pattern: 12699. Beautiful vintage side dish with cobalt blue band and gold gilding (some thin). Pink and yellow roses splashed throughout inside of bowl.
