Tortoise Amber Glass Stem Vase

Mark: possible but unreadable. No Sticker.  Very cute vintage Jack in the Pulpit style, hand blown glass. There is gold paint or gilding around the top ruffle area. I do not know if this was added or original but a lot of it is missing. There are scratches, no chips or cracks. There are visible air bubbles.
